To our Jekko and JekkoUSA family, partners, and customers:
As global concern about the COVID-19 outbreak grows, JekkoUSA and Jekko are doing everything we can to safeguard the health of our customers, our staff and our community at large, and also maintain the highest quality of service and support for you. Here are a few things you need to know as we progress through the next few weeks:
- First, we have asked our employees to work remotely for their own safety, and also to answer state and federal governments’ requests to stay home.
- Next, our parts and service departments will still be standing by to answer your phone calls and emails.
- Finally, the staff of Treviso-Italy-based Jekko, for whom JekkoUSA is the exclusive U.S. distributor, are working from their homes where practical. The Jekko manufacturing plant is closed at this time, but they are hopeful to be up and running by early April.
